Recruitment Resourcer – Halesowen Based
Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are actively seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding Driving Division, revolving around the logistics industry, working between 2 driving plans respectively.
You will be expected to have a flexible working attitude with the ambition to progress, and ensure the 2 teams are supported in all aspects of the resourcing of new candidates.
This role is demanding and fast paced but will be very rewarding when you help people into work, and help customers to be satisfied with demands.
Full training will be provided, however experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Use a variety of job boards to place adverts to attract drivers
- Use job boards to conduct CV searches for the relevant adverts
- CV/Telephone screening of potential candidates
- Meet and greet interviews, obtain all necessary documents, and begin the interview process
- Ensure all drivers are compliant
- Assist the divisions in the daily running of a driving plan
- An element of oncall will be involved – this will be on a rota with full support of the team during out of office hours
- Liaise with other departments/divisions of the company to ensure smooth day to day running of the business
- General administration duties as required
- IT experience, with an understanding of Microsoft packages
- Some experience dealing with customers / candidates would be beneficial
- Basic administration skills
- High levels of organisation
- Be able to adapt quickly to the ever changing environment of the recruitment/logistics industry
- Own transport is essential – Initially you will be based in our Halesowen office, however, travel to our Pensnett office may be involved
- £18,000 – £25,000 per annum
