What does Jim bring to the table?
He is the Phil Neville of recruitment due to his versatility. He can be filling bookings one minute and changing lightbulbs the next. Since returning after lockdown, he has been more biased towards the driving desk and has slotted in easily.
What’s the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to Jim at work?
I’m usually quite well behaved in the office in all fairness, I typically save all that stuff for the weekend. People will probably say that my clothes are very embarrassing, but I beg to differ.
If Jim won an Oscar who would he thank?
Bob Taylor, his parents and Helen Parsons in that order.
Out of everyone in the office, who could Jim see himself bailing out of prison?
Rob Hayes, he gets very angry if he doesn’t have his lunch before 10:30!
What does Jim think makes Jobsworth a good place to work?
“I’d be lying if I didn’t say that the location isn’t a bonus. It’s a 12 minute (or 3 Twang songs) walk to work. However, the main reason I enjoy working here is the people. We’re a weird bunch, and we have a laugh in and around the office. We all chip in to get the job done. There isn’t a hierarchy as such, more like a Venn diagram of insults!”
